KerrControls Ltd. is expanding its Inside Sales team in Sydney to support HVAC/R customers. The role focuses on product knowledge, accurate order entry, and close collaboration with the outside sales group to meet targets.

You will interact with suppliers and customers, manage quotes, and ensure timely processing. A proactive, customer-focused attitude is essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Inside Sales Representative

KerrControls Ltd. (Kerr) is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, AirConditioning, Refrigeration Equipment, and Supplies. We are experiencingsignificant growth and expanding our offerings, making this an exciting time tojoin our team. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated, andhighly motivated Inside Sales Representative working from our Sydney, NSlocation.

Responsibilities

• Provideknowledgeable product support and basic solutions for HVAC/R customers andday-to-day account needs.
• Contributeto meeting sales targets and support overall branch revenue growth.
• Followup with vendors on lead times, stock availability, etc.
• Buildand maintain positive working relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Completeaccurate order entry, pricing, and follow-up to support smooth customertransactions.
• Workclosely with the outside sales team to help prepare quotes, enter and trackcustomer sales orders, and ensure timely follow-up and support.
• Competentcomputer skills with experience using sales, inventory, and customer managementsoftware.
• Participatein training and development activities and support the onboarding of new teammembers when required.
