Job summary

Adecco (Portugal) is seeking a HVAC counter sales professional to join the Clayton team in Melbourne to assist customers, process orders and respond to product enquiries across counter, phone and email.

You will work across warehouse, deliveries and customer-facing activities, bringing HVAC knowledge and strong service skills to the role, with a focus on accurate order processing and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC sales or trades counter role.
• Able to work across warehouse, delivery and counter duties.
• Strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service to customers at the trade counter, by phone, and via email.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely sourcing, fulfilment, and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to promote products, upsell, and maximise sales while meeting customer needs.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through responsive service and product knowledge.
• Manage customer expectations regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery, in consultation with the Branch Manager.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and contribute to a positive customer experience at all times
• Assist in both the warehouse and with deliveries as the need arises.

Our client is a leader in HVAC industry and due to internal movements and grwoth, they are seeking a new cperson to join the Trades Counter in a sales role.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional service tocustomers at the trade counter, by phone, and via email.
• Process customer orders accurately and ensuretimely sourcing, fulfilment, and delivery.
