Job summary

United Rentals on the Gold Coast is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our trench safety division. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handle enquiries and hire transactions, and help drive branch growth through outstanding service.

About the Role

We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in supporting customers throughout their rental journey. As the first point of contact for many of our Trench Safety division customers, you'll provide outstanding service, process enquiries and hire transactions, build strong customer relationships, and help drive branch growth. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and contributing to a high-performing team.
