United Rentals is looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team and support customers throughout their rental journey. You’ll be the first point of contact for many General Rental division customers, handling enquiries, quotations, reservations and contracts to keep the process moving smoothly.

This fast-paced role suits someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and contributing to a high-performing team.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years' experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

About the Role

We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in supporting customers throughout their rental journey. What you’ll be doing

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years' experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Confidence building relationships and identifying sales opportunities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer literacy and experience using business systems, including CRM or ERP system.
• Experience within the equipment rental, construction, industrial, or related industries will be highly regarded.
