Qualifications
- Experience with NSW workers compensation scheme.
- Proven ability in injury management within fast-paced environments.
- Strong claims management experience, especially long‑term and litigated claims.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to claims teams on complex claims and legislative requirements.
- Develop and implement proactive injury management strategies.
- Provide specialist coaching and one‑on‑one support to claims team members.
- Support teams with complex work capacity, treatment and long‑term claim decisions.
- Review claims management practices and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Work with Team Leaders to develop strategies that support team performance and outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
