Job summary

• Develop, implement and coordinate return-to-work strategies for WorkCover recipients in consultation with individuals, managers, rehabilitation agents and medical professionals.
• Provide expert advice on legal OHS requirements and return-to-work processes to people managers.
• Guide and support People Leaders to ensure effective return-to-work approaches and identify injury trends across the department.
