Job summary

Southern Adelaide Local Health Network in Bedford Park is seeking an Injury Management Business Partner to deliver timely return-to-work services for SALHN employees. You will develop, implement, and monitor plans in collaboration with workers, clinicians, and site managers, ensuring outcomes align with SA Health policies and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing medium to high-risk workers' compensation claims.
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload with confidentiality and sound judgement.
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent workers' compensation experience; SA Return-to-Work Certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate return-to-work plans with injured workers and managers.
• Prepare reports, resume creation, job matching, and placement coordination for injured workers.
• Contribute to injury management policy development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uphold safety culture and ensure compliance with WH&S Act and Return to Work Act (SA).
