Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage workers' compensation claims to minimise time loss.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Accounts Payable on wage payments and schedules.
• Liaise with external stakeholders including StateCover, medical and legal practitioners.
• Assist in managing non-work related injuries and return-to-work plans.
• Update and maintain records and databases for accurate information access.
• Promote Bayside Council's values through ethical, professional behaviour.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to achieve business unit goals.
