Job summary

Serco is seeking an Injury Management Advisor to support contracts across Victoria, South Australia and New Zealand. This hybrid role can be based in Melbourne or Adelaide, focusing on managing workers' compensation and returning employees to work safely.

You will provide specialist injury management advice, coordinate comprehensive return-to-work plans and collaborate with insurers and healthcare professionals to deliver positive outcomes for Serco's people and contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing workers' compensation and injury management.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and current practices.
• Experience developing and coordinating return-to-work plans with external providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation and injury management cases in line with legislation and Serco requirements.
• Develop, coordinate and monitor tailored return-to-work plans for recovery.
• Liaise with insurers, healthcare professionals and rehabilitation providers to achieve positive outcomes.
• Provide advisory support to site leaders on injury management and return-to-work practices.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure regulatory reporting compliance.
