Job summary

MedHealth in Bunbury, WA is seeking an experienced Injury Management Consultant to join our South West WA team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will deliver workplace rehabilitation services to large employers, liaise with insurers and practitioners, and help injured employees regain independence and return to work.

Relocation support is available for the right candidate, with flexible work options and mentorship from an award-winning team.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised degree and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic or Physiotherapy.
• Willingness to travel with a valid vehicle and licence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
• Two years+ experience in Workplace Rehabilitation or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Undertake worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment and home assessments.
• Identify Return to Work barriers and enable outcomes for all parties.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to coordinate rehab goals.
• Design, implement and monitor programs to return injured employees to work.
