Access Covers Australia Pty Ltd, a leading supplier to the Civil Construction & Building Industry, is seeking an enthusiastic Victorian Infrastructure Sales and Admin Rep to join our Melbourne based National Team in the Tullamarine office. The successful candidate will process customer orders, handle invoicing and account management, liaise with clients and suppliers, and support internal departments from order receipt to delivery.

Full training provided with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales environment is advantageous.
• Full training provided and there is scope for advancement.
• Punctual, positive and efficient with good team spirit.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office; Reckon preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and respond to queries with professionalism.
• Invoicing & customer account management.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers.
• Liaise with internal departments daily.
• Process quality assurance documents.
