Capital Talent Consulting on the Gold Coast, QLD, is seeking a Project Support Officer to assist project managers and teams on infrastructure projects. This 12-month contract role focuses on high-level administrative support, documentation, reporting, and procurement-related activities to ensure timely delivery and governance compliance.

The successful candidate will have strong MS 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a working knowledge of procurement within an infrastructure environment,

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint at a high level.
• Experience providing project-related admin support.
• Some knowledge of procurement and procurement processes in infrastructure projects.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate team meetings, take and distribute minutes, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Assist with procurement documentation and tender processes within governance frameworks.
• Ensure project documentation is compiled, tracked and approved within deadlines.
• Provide admin support to Project Managers to meet deadlines.
