Job summary

Quality People is urgently seeking a Project Management Support Officer for a 2+ month contract on the Gold Coast. You will be the backbone of operations, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, workforce management processes, and maintaining critical personnel records.

Responsibilities include delivering efficient admin services, coordinating end-to-end recruitment, managing contractor and permanent staff records, and acting as the primary liaison across the network to support project

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in program management and a diploma in project management.
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and administrative coordination skills.
