Job summary

Comade on the Gold Coast is urgently seeking a Project Management Support Officer for a 2+ month contract. You will be the backbone of operations, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and workforce records to ensure smooth regional performance.

You will manage meetings, documentation, and liaise with stakeholders across the network, supporting contractor and permanent staff with compliant record-keeping and efficient processes.

The Project Management Support Officer will be the backbone of the operations, providing high-level support to the regional unit. You will be responsible for the seamless coordination of recruitment and onboarding activities, workforce management processes, and the maintenance of critical personnel records.
