Job summary

Montagu Group Pty LTD – Sunshine Coast QLD is seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to join our high‑performing Delivery Support team working on major North Coast infrastructure projects. This AO3 contract will provide administrative and project coordination support to Project Managers and teams, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Criminal history check required prior to appointment.
• Driver's license (Class C) desirable.
• Experience on large infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage document control systems with filing, version control and retrieval.
• Control access and distribution of sensitive documents across departments.
• Coordinate document workflows, submissions, approvals and revisions.
• Administer EDMS such as SharePoint, DMS, InEight or similar platforms.
• Archive and maintain records per retention policies and legal requirements.
• Support PMs with administrative systems, registers and logs.
• Provide high-level admin support and minutes, reports and updates.
• Prepare basic spreadsheets and statistical reports for the team.
• Liaise with staff at various levels to clarify information.
• Ensure tasks follow departmental guidelines; create standard project correspondence.
• Other admin duties including data entry and filing.
