Job summary

Vinova partners with a well-funded infrastructure organisation to deliver major national projects. As Commercial Contracts Administrator, you will provide commercial support across multiple construction projects, managing procurement, contract administration and cost control from inception to completion.

You will work with project managers, engineers and external contractors, ensuring contracts are administered efficiently while supporting the delivery of complex projects in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a commercial construction role.
• Experience working on major construction, infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with a high level of attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with project financial information.
• Australian Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Administer subcontract and supplier agreements across multiple construction projects.
• Support procurement activities, tender evaluations and commercial negotiations.
• Manage contract variations, progress claims and payment administration.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and financial performance.
• Review pricing submissions and assist with commercial assessments.
• Maintain contract documentation, reporting and project registers.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to identify commercial risks and improve project outcomes.
