Job summary

people2people is seeking a commercially astute Contract Administrator for major infrastructure projects in Sydney. In this role, you’ll support commercial and contractual management, perform cost analysis and forecasting, and work with Project Managers to strengthen project delivery.

You will engage with finance, operations and stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes. Ideal candidates have construction/infrastructure experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, maintenance or project environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence to challenge assumptions, investigate issues and proactively solve problems.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across project teams and stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Project Managers, Finance teams and Operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the commercial and contractual management of major infrastructure projects.
• Perform project cost analysis, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Monitor project performance and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare contractual correspondence, notices and supporting documentation.
• Assist with claims preparation, variations and contract administration activities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations across clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
