Principal Recruitment Consultant - Infrastructure & Cloud at Opus Recruitment Solutions

Opus has partnered with a leading fintech start-up in Sydney on an IT Support Analyst opportunity. The company has grown from strength to strength and has been repeatedly recognised with numerous awards for its innovation.

This is an exciting and important position within the company as one of their first dedicated internal IT Support resources. The role has varied responsibilities which combine both Level 1 & 2 End user support as well as working closely with internal stakeholders on Business Analysis activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to keep developing their IT skills in a fast-paced environment, or someone who has strong IT skills who is interested to pick up skills across Business Analysis.

The responsibilities are as follows:

• Provide Level 1 & 2 End User Support to 45 people
• Respond to requests through JIRA and troubleshoot across Microsoft 365 systems and applications
• Set up and Support Windows and Mac devices including MS Intune & Autopilot
• Support and provision user access with EntraID
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline business operations
• Gather and analyse customer data to identify trends to support business strategy
• Ensure smooth transitions for IT improvements with strong documentation
• Assist in aligning technology to business strategy
• Assist with market research and competitor analysis

What you need to succeed:

• 2+ years experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices
• Proven ability in Level 1 & 2 support of Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, EntraID & Intune/Autopilot
• Experience working as part of a small team
• Previous experience working with JIRA ticketing system or equivalent
• Experience working in a start-up or fast paced environment
• Relevant IT certifications or Bachelors Degree
• Previous experience in Business Operations or Analysis is a bonus
