Outlook Talent Solutions is seeking an IT Support Analyst in Sydney to join a growing financial services team. This role suits an IT graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience eager to develop their career.

You’ll troubleshoot technical issues hands-on, work face-to-face with users, and learn directly from an experienced IT Lead who will mentor your development. A proactive, positive attitude and strong communication are essential.

Leading financial services business is currently recruiting an IT Support Analyst, offering a great opportunity for an IT graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience to build their career within a growing Financial Services business.

This role is ideal for someone with the right attitude, a passion for technology and a genuine desire to help people. You’ll work face-to-face with users, troubleshoot technical issues and have the opportunity to learn directly from an experienced IT Lead who will mentor and support your development.

Key to this role is attitude, you will be a proactive and friendly support analyst with the ability to break down technical jargon into language that users can understand, you get the job done and with a smile on your face.
