Job summary

Compass Group Australia is seeking an Analyst - Cloud & Infrastructure to join its Digital & Technology team in a hybrid Sydney/ Australia-wide role. You’ll support AWS, Azure, and Microsoft 365, handle Level 3 infrastructure incidents, and contribute to cloud projects with a focus on automation and reliable operations.

You will work across cloud, network and on-prem environments, maintaining Active Directory and Entra ID access management while developing robust documentation and procedures for

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure, systems administration or cloud support.
• Exposure to AWS and/or Azure environments.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• ITIL knowledge is beneficial and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support AWS, Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.

Compass Group Australia is looking for an Analyst - Cloud & Infrastructure to join our Digital & Technology team.

This role is ideal for an Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Administrator or Level 2/3 Support professional looking to build their cloud and infrastructure experience within a large enterprise environment. Working alongside experienced specialists, you'll support critical infrastructure platforms while gaining exposure to cloud technologies and major technology projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting AWS, Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Providing Level 3 support for infrastructure incidents and requests
• Managing cloud, network and on-premise infrastructure platforms
• Supporting Active Directory, Entra ID and access management services
• Assisting with backup, recovery and disaster recovery processes
• Contributing to infrastructure projects, upgrades and migrations
