Job summary

Finer Power Transmissions is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Smithfield NSW warehouse. You will supervise a team on the warehouse floor, coordinating picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure orders leave accurately and on time.

This hands-on role involves working closely with Internal Sales on stock availability and deliveries, while upholding WHS standards and inventory accuracy. Report to the National Operations Manager and grow product knowledge in bearings and power

Qualifications

• Experience as a warehouse supervisor, leading hand, or senior storeperson.
• Strong knowledge of picking, packing, receiving and dispatch processes.
• High accuracy in stock control and inventory.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and support the warehouse team.
• Plan and allocate daily picking, packing and dispatch priorities.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
• Receive and check incoming stock and put away to correct locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Coordinate freight, couriers and transport bookings.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized and well laid out.
• Maintain WHS standards and safe workplace.
• Collaborate with Internal Sales on stock availability and deliveries.
• Resolve stock, picking and delivery issues.
• Support Internal Sales with calls and order entry when required.
