Job summary

Motion is seeking an Internal Salesperson to support customers with parts and equipment, build strong relationships and provide responsive technical sales assistance. You will work closely with Branch Managers and Account Managers to deliver excellent service daily.

You will use your experience in sales, customer service or warehousing, and your interest in bearings and power transmission products to identify opportunities and grow our customer base within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service or warehouse roles.
• Interest in technical or mechanical products and applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to use internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Build relationships with customers and assist with product, pricing, orders, stock and account queries.
• Manage and service key accounts independently.
• Source products through our supply chain to meet customer needs.
• Provide practical, solutions-focused advice to customers.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and develop new account opportunities.
