Morgan Consulting is assisting a world-class supplier in Western Australia to recruit a Customer Service / Internal Sales Representative. The role focuses on handling stock enquiries, quoting customers, and inputting orders while coordinating with warehousing to meet delivery expectations.

The ideal candidate will have prior internal sales experience in industrial products and a good grasp of chain, bearings, and hydraulics. Strong communication and team-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service / internal sales experience within the industrial products industry.
• An appreciation or basic understanding of Chain, Bearings, Power Transmission and/or Hydraulics products would be ideal.
• Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills.
• Be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile.
• Above average computer literacy with excellent attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Answering incoming enquiries regarding stock availability, deliveries and pricing.
• Providing quotes to customers via phone or email.
• Inputting sales orders.
• Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure customer delivery expectations are met.
• Analysis of stock availability using system reports.
• Maintenance of customer information regarding orders held in the system.
