You will handle inbound inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate with production, logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery. This on-site role emphasizes maintaining customer records and providing product information in collaboration with senior staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated inside sales experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in order processing, quoting, invoicing, and ERP/CRM use.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn Hose/pipe systems.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel/Outlook) and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and prepare quotations.
• Process orders and coordinate with production, logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads.
• Provide product information and technical support with senior sales/engineering staff.
• Assist with pricing updates and stock availability checks for compliance and documentation.
