Job summary

Convoluted Technologies, Seven Hills, NSW, seeks a Technical Sales Co‑Ordinator to support customers and grow sales with technical product knowledge and excellent service.

Based at our head office, you will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, provide technical advice on hose assemblies, support external sales, and coordinate with production and logistics to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales support, internal sales, customer service, or technical sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to customer service.
• Mechanical aptitude or technical knowledge of industrial products.
• Experience reading technical specifications and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
• Provide technical advice on manufacture of flexible metal hose assemblies and engineered fluid transfer solutions
• Support the external sales team with customer proposals and project opportunities.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Follow up quotations and identify opportunities to grow sales.
• Coordinate with production, operations, and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM and ERP systems.

About the Role

Reporting to Head of Sales, the Technical Sales Co-Ordinator plays a key role in supporting customers and driving sales growth through technical product expertise and exceptional customer service.

Based from our Seven Hills head office, this position is ideal for someone with strong sales administration skills, a technical mindset, and a passion for helping customers find the right solution for their application.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and prepare quotations.

• Experience reading technical specifications and customer requirements.
