Haymond Consulting Group Pty Ltd – Minto NSW is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Coordinator to join our steel manufacturing business. You will manage customer orders from enquiry through delivery, coordinating with production and transport to ensure accurate processing and timely updates.

This busy, hands-on role requires strong customer service, order processing, stock checks and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales or order processing within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing customer orders via phone and email
• Checking stock availability within the system before confirming orders
• Liaising with production teams when stock is unavailable or needs to be manufactured
• Providing customers with accurate estimated production and delivery dates
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their orders
• Responding to customer enquiries and order queries within required timeframes, with a target response time of no longer than four hours
• Processing and issuing customer invoices
• Coordinating transport and delivery of completed orders
• Maintaining accurate customer and order information within internal systems
• Working closely with production, warehouse, transport and other internal departments
• Providing general administration and customer service support as required
