Job summary

Convera is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator in Sydney to deliver end-to-end administrative and operational support to our Go-to-Market (GTM) team. You will help the sales group run smoothly, handle client requests, and collaborate with Sales and other departments.

The role is based in our Sydney CBD office near Wynyard and offers the option to work from home. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have administrative experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Comfortable using common computer systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce/CRM and MS Office).
• Proactive, can-do attitude with ownership of tasks.
• Clear, professional client communication and confidence interacting with colleagues.
• Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Well organized with ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with financial markets/instruments is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team, ensuring client requests and deliverables are completed.
• Help resolve client and operational issues by coordinating with the right teams.
• Liaise across Sales, Operations, Legal, Finance, Product, Privacy, and Risk to move matters forward.
• Accurately book deals and ensure trades are entered correctly in systems.
• Track client information and expiries; flag upcoming dates to the team and clients.
• Support payment and settlement activity and resolve exceptions for timely funds movement.
• Assist with account and user setup, including client platform access and record maintenance.
• Prepare customer reports and share timely information with stakeholders.
