Job summary

Exide Technologies in Bankstown is seeking a highly organised Sales Coordinator to support a busy sales, service and warehouse operation. You will manage day-to-day scheduling for service technicians, handle order entry from quote to despatch, and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires at least five years in sales coordination or administration in an industrial setting, excellent communication, MS Office skills, and familiarity with Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Coordination or Service Coordination in an industrial environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and customer service support across Sales, Service and Warehouse Operations.
• Manage day-to-day scheduling for Service Technicians and quote/despatch processes.
• Maintain open communication with internal and external customers; escalate issues as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support general office duties and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
