Job summary

Berendsen Fluid Power is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support its national branch network from Norwest, Wetherill Park or Newcastle. You will handle calls, emails, orders and admin tasks, working across branches to meet customer needs and workload demands.

Experience in industrial environments is welcome but not essential, as full training on hydraulic products will be provided. A dynamic team role with variety and growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer enquiries alongside administrative tasks.
• Ability to manage calls and multiple inboxes, keep requests organised and progressing.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Attention to detail when processing orders and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and multiple shared inboxes, prioritising enquiries.
• Prepare quotations and process sales orders.
• Generate purchase orders, invoices and shipping documents.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and branches to progress enquiries.
• Assist customers with product selection using catalogues and information.
• Support branches with service administration and general tasks.
