Job summary

Jimaylya Topsy Harry Centre is hiring a compassionate team member to deliver daily care and support. You will work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients, providing culturally appropriate services and connecting them with needed resources.

The role includes maintaining records, participating in development activities, and collaborating with Frontline Services to meet departmental objectives. Applicants should have a relevant degree or diploma and a Class C driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Human Services or Behavioural Sciences or equivalent.
• Diploma or higher in community sector with at least two years’ case management experience including culturally appropriate work.
• Class C Driver’s Licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide best practice casework services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customers using assessment and intervention skills.
• Engage with internal/external stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes.
• Maintain case records, prepare reports, and conduct data entry for accountability.
