Job summary

Qualifications

• Provide support and supervision to customers who are homeless or have alcohol-related social issues.
• Understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, cultures and societies, and current issues affecting them.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and supervision to customers who are homeless or have alcohol-related social issues.
• Maintain clear and concise documentation.
• Monitor customer activities within the centre in line with centre practices and procedures.
• Support and monitor residents' management and case plans.
• Maintain a healthy, safe, clean environment and upkeep of resident areas.
• Liaise with stakeholders including police, ambulance, medical staff and service providers.
• Participate in continuous improvement to deliver culturally appropriate services.
• Support Workplace Health and Safety policies and practices.
• Develop knowledge and participate in learning and development processes.
• Be available across a 24x7 roster.
