• Assists the Diversity Leader in determining appropriate specialist teaching modes.
• Plans and implements school programs with a diversity perspective.
• Identifies vulnerable students and develops personalised learning plans.
• Maps and monitors progress of vulnerable students.
• Models inclusive teaching practices for classroom staff.
• Collaborates within learning spaces to build student participation.
• Delivers professional learning opportunities for staff.
• Performs tasks as directed by the principal or delegate.
