Job summary

St Scholastica’s Catholic Primary School, Melbourne, seeks a part-time Learning Diversity Leader (0.4 FTE) to promote inclusive teaching, lead differentiated practices, and coordinate NCCD/PLP processes.

You will support staff across the school, organize PSG meetings, analyse data and drive evidence-based interventions while upholding the Catholic ethos and commitment to child safety.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in learning diversity or inclusive education.
• Knowledge of the Victorian Curriculum and differentiation.
• Ability to implement explicit instruction and evidence-based interventions.
• Experience coordinating NCCD processes and PLPs.
• Strong organisational skills and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication with families, staff and professionals.
• Commitment to child safety and student wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Promote Catholic ethos and mission of the school.
• Lead inclusive practices and differentiated teaching across the school.
• Coordinate PLPs, NCCD processes and student support documentation.
• Collaborate with Learning Support Officers and manage timetables.
• Organise PSG meetings each term with families and external professionals.
• Analyse assessment data to identify learning needs and monitor progress.
• Build staff capacity through coaching and professional learning.
• Promote student wellbeing, engagement and inclusion.
