Job summary

Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese Ltd (Patrician Brothers' College, Blacktown NSW) is seeking an experienced Leader of Learning Diversity (Coordinator 2) to join its leadership team in a permanent full-time appointment.

Lead inclusive education initiatives, coach teachers in differentiation and Personalised Learning Plans, coordinate targeted interventions, and oversee NCCD processes to ensure accurate documentation and evidence-based practice across the College.

Qualifications

• Leadership in learning diversity and inclusion required.
• Experience with learning support and inclusive education.
• Willingness to coordinate and lead initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership in learning diversity and student support.
• Lead development and evaluation of inclusive education practices.
• Build teacher capability through coaching and professional learning.
• Coordinate targeted interventions and individualised learning support.
• Develop, implement and review Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs).
• Oversee NCCD processes with accurate documentation.
• Use learning data to identify needs and inform improvement.
• Foster partnerships with families and external specialists.
• Promote an inclusive culture and contribute to strategic priorities.
