Job summary

Padua College invites applications for a Learning Diversity Coordinator role at Rosebud, POL 2. This three-year tenured leadership position includes an ongoing teaching appointment to support inclusive education and MTSS processes on campus.

The Coordinator will lead a team of learning support staff and coordinate programs to ensure access to the curriculum for students with disabilities or additional learning needs, in line with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration required for teaching roles.
• Working with Children Check and a National Police Record Check required for non-teaching roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Learning Diversity programs and MTSS aligned processes at the Campus.
• Lead and collaborate with Learning Diversity staff to support students with disabilities or learning needs.
• Oversee and monitor inclusive education delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
