Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience in a banking sector.
• Minimum four years in operation-related fields.
• Minimum one year in management roles.
• General knowledge of bank operations.
• Operational risk management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents and establish risk controls.
• Record and track incident reports in a database or spreadsheet.
• Analyze incident data to identify root causes and trends.
• Prepare risk dashboards and timely reports for the line manager.
• Develop and deliver training on incident reporting procedures.
• Lead the team to meet the annual work plan and KPIs.
• Uphold bank core values and professional standards.
