Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics to lead data governance, reporting, and analytics, establishing trusted reporting frameworks and secure data access. You will partner with Risk, Compliance, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and transparency.

The role focuses on building internal analytics capabilities, driving improvements in reporting efficiency, and maturing governance across the Bank's reporting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in banking data, reporting or analytics with 2+ years owning output.
• Strong SQL in Oracle or SQL Server; able to write, review and troubleshoot production queries.
• BI or on-premises reporting rollout experience, with lessons learned.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting in supervised institutions; NBC specifics can be learned.
• Able to challenge data accuracy and defend findings with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in Python and ML; able to review model logic and track production models.

Responsabilités

• Own the report register and ensure accuracy of reported figures across the division.
• Design and maintain the data access model with secure, role-based controls.
• Own the measurement framework for transformation initiatives and automation benefits.
• Lead analysts and engineering resources with clear development plans and knowledge transfer.
• Govern and consolidate regulatory reporting production with Finance and Compliance.
• Promote data governance standards and data quality across reporting environments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
