Job summary

Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia seeks a Manager for the FI & Multinational Business Office to drive sales with financial institutions and multinational clients. You will lead a team, build RMA relationships, and coordinate with product, treasury and risk functions to tailor solutions.

Responsibilities include strategy execution, client engagement, deal negotiation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Requires 4+ years banking experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance, business administration, economics or a related field.
• At least 4 years' experience in banking or financial services with some leadership.
• Minimum 2 years' customer-facing experience, particularly on loan and deposit portfolios.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, credit proposals, and bank product knowledge.
• Knowledge of liquidity management, risk weighting, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong data analysis skills and English communication, plus MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new loan and deposit relationships with FI & MB clients.
• Lead and mentor the sales team and assist with targets and performance reviews.
• Coordinate training and monitor market trends to adapt strategies.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts and risk/compliance documentation.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with key clients and ensure policy compliance.
• Engage with product development, treasury, risk, and operations for client solutions.
