Smart Energy in Australia is seeking an Inbound Business Development Manager (Warm Leads Only) to grow our solar and battery solutions business. This role focuses on consultative selling with qualified inbound opportunities from homeowners who have expressed interest.

You will avoid cold outreach and use a collaborative approach to close deals. You will benefit from a strong base wage plus uncapped commission, with an achievable OTE in the 110k–140k range.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of sales experience (required).
• Experience in BDM, telesales or energy sales is highly regarded.
• Comfortable managing inbound opportunities and following up with customers.

Aufgaben

• Manage inbound enquiries from homeowners interested in solar and battery solutions.
• Conduct energy consultations (phone/virtual/in-home depending on territory).
• Identify customer needs and present tailored electrification solutions.
• Guide customers through the buying journey with confidence.
• Maintain CRM updates and pipeline management.
• Consistently work toward sales targets and KPIs.
