Job summary

NRN is seeking an experienced salesperson to join Australia’s First Residential Smart Grid initiative. You will handle inbound enquiries, qualify leads, and guide customers into trials, while managing a high-volume pipeline and reporting insights to Growth and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in phone-based or consultative sales.
• Proven success against targets across multiple organisations.
• Strong pipeline management at high volume.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries and answer the tough questions honestly.
• Qualify leads, validate bills and guide customers into an accepted trial.
• Manage your sales pipeline end to end, following up and re-engaging stalled leads.
• Share weekly customer insight with our Growth and Product teams.
• Represent NRN at occasional pop-ups and community events.
