Employment Hero is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our ANZ sales team. You will qualify inbound leads, book meetings for Account Executives, and help drive a surge in qualified opportunities.

This remote-first role requires base in Australia and offers, on target earnings, a $75k base with uncapped $132k OTE. You will engage prospects, perform discovery, and maintain CRM accuracy, supporting our mission to transform workforce management with our platform and

Qualifications

Proven experience in high-volume inbound sales (B2B).
Strong phone presence and resilience; able to spend significant time on calls.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo and Outreach.

Responsibilities

Qualify and convert inbound leads, booking high-quality meetings for the sales team.
Generate qualified opportunities monthly to support revenue growth.
Respond to inbound leads quickly to maximize conversions.
Maintain CRM records accurately for forecasting and decision-making.
Conduct discovery calls and route opportunities to Account Executives as needed.
Research accounts and identify key decision-makers to generate interest.
