Job summary

Korvest Ltd's EzyStrut division seeks a customer-focused coordinator to handle inbound sales, process orders, prepare quotations and build lasting relationships with wholesalers, distributors and industry customers. You’ll also manage customer data and order entry with accuracy to support the sales team and enhance the customer experience.

This permanent, full-time role offers a base salary of $67,000–$75,000 plus an annual KPI bonus of $6,500, genuine career development, and a supportive team

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, internal sales, order processing or administration.
• Comfortable with a role mixing customer contact and data entry/administration tasks.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience a bonus.
• Industry exposure to electrical, mechanical, building products or similar is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls from wholesalers, distributors and industry customers.
• Process orders and prepare quotations; build and maintain customer relationships.
• Manage customer data and order entry tasks with accuracy and follow-through.
• Support the sales team and enhance the customer experience with EzyStrut.
