Job summary

Korvest Ltd's EzyStrut division in Western Australia is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the trusted link between wholesalers, distributors and industry customers. You will handle inbound sales calls, process orders, prepare quotations and build lasting relationships to drive repeat business.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll manage customer data and order entry tasks with accuracy while supporting the sales team and shaping the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, internal sales, order processing or administration.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office or similar systems (ERP/CRM experience a bonus).
• Industry exposure to electrical, mechanical, construction, building products or similar is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for wholesalers, distributors and industry customers handling inbound sales calls and processing orders.
• Prepare quotations and build relationships that keep customers returning to EzyStrut.
• Manage a variety of customer data and order entry tasks with accuracy, supporting the sales team.
