Job summary

Korvest Ltd and its EzyStrut division are seeking a customer-focused professional to be the first point of contact for wholesale and industry customers. You will handle inbound sales calls, process orders, and prepare quotations while building long-term relationships that keep customers returning.

Your role includes data entry, order accuracy, and supporting the sales team to shape every customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, internal sales, order processing or administration.
• Comfortable with a varied role that includes both customer contact and data entry/administration tasks.
• Industry exposure to electrical, mechanical, construction, building products or similar is an advantage but not essential

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls and process orders.
• Prepare quotations and build relationships with customers.
• Manage customer data and order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy.
• Support sales team and contribute to customer experience with EzyStrut.
