You will handle inbound sales calls, process orders, prepare quotations, and nurture relationships with wholesalers and industry customers, supporting the sales team with accurate data entry and order management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, internal sales, order processing or administration.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office or similar systems; ERP/CRM experience is a bonus.
• Industry exposure to electrical, mechanical, construction or building products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for wholesalers, distributors, and industry customers via inbound calls; process orders and prepare quotations.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and support the sales team.
• Manage customer data and order entry tasks with accuracy and follow-through.
