Job summary

EzyStrut, based in Bankstown NSW, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for wholesalers, distributors and industry customers, handling inbound calls, processing orders and building lasting relationships.

You will manage data entry, order accuracy and quote preparation, supporting the sales team and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role offers a permanent full-time position with a competitive base salary and annual KPI bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, internal sales, order processing or administration.
• Comfortable with a varied role that includes both customer contact and data entry/administration tasks.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office or similar systems (ERP/CRM experience a bonus)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls, processing orders, and preparing quotations for wholesalers, distributors and industrial customers.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Manage customer data and order entry tasks with accuracy and follow-through.
• Support the sales team and contribute to a positive customer experience.
