Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based, full-cycle sales experience.
• Proven track record converting inbound leads.
• Strong history of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of warm inbound inquiries and opportunities.
• Own the full sales cycle from inquiry to close.
• Build rapport and understand customer needs to position solutions.
• Convert qualified inbound leads into sales and revenue.
• Negotiate, overcome objections and close deals.
• Manage and prioritise a busy sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and customer data.
• Attend occasional face-to-face customer meetings when required.
• Collaborate with a high-performing Inside Sales team.
