WOW Recruitment in Zetland (Sydney) is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join a fast-growing, high-performing team. This is a genuine full-cycle Inside Sales role, working with warm and hot inbound leads rather than cold-calling.

You’ll manage customers from enquiry through to close with strong earning potential and uncapped commission. You will join a global, high-growth manufacturer and play a key role in converting inbound enquiries while collaborating with an experienced team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a phone-based, full-cycle sales role.
• Proven experience converting inbound leads and enquiries.
• Strong track record of closing sales and hitting targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of warm and hot inbound sales enquiries.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to close.
• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Convert qualified inbound leads into sales.
• Conduct high-volume phone-based sales and follow-up opportunities.
• Negotiate effectively and close deals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in the CRM.
• Attend occasional face-to-face customer meetings when required.
