Job summary

Equifax Australia & New Zealand in Sydney CBD is hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager (Entry Level) to drive revenue growth within existing accounts and warm leads.

You'll manage SME client portfolios, perform outbound calls to sell Equifax products, document activity in Salesforce, and work toward monthly targets while learning the product suite.

This role is ideal for someone starting their sales career with training and clear progression.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn large amounts of information quickly.
• Strong relationship-building and resilience.
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales: Conduct outbound calls to sell Equifax products and services, consistently exceeding monthly revenue targets.
• Manage Client Portfolio: Proactively manage a portfolio of SME clients, implementing a segmented call plan to maximize engagement and sales.
• Identify Opportunities: Monitor customer activity, perform analysis, and conduct account reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain Data & Forecast: Accurately document sales activity in Salesforce and provide reliable monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Build Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service and foster strong client relationships.
• Learn Our Products: develop and consistently maintain an extensive knowledge of the products and services offered by Equifax.
