Bidfood Central Coast is seeking a friendly, customer-focused individual for a full-time Customer Service/Telesales Officer role at our Somersby branch. This daytime position focuses on inbound calls, order placement, and providing product guidance to hospitality businesses.

You will respond to emails, onboard new customers, and support sales reps to ensure smooth service. A calm, proactive attitude and reliability are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls and take orders.

• Liaise with sales reps and managers to resolve service issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and product records.
